Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico are the states surrounding the Navajo Nation and those most impacted by the Navajo Water Rights Settlement as discussed in "The Water Haulers." This Settlement was presented to the US Congress in December 2006 and will be debated in the 2007 Congressional session. Below are links to regional leadership.
