To delay, or not to delay? That's the question lawmakers in Washington D.C. have been wrestling with this week: should they or shouldn't they put off the official deadline for DTV transition from February 17th to June 12th, 2009. Co-host David Alire Garcia sits down with an FCC District Supervisor and the Executive Director of the New Mexico Media Literacy Project to discuss this inevitable transition.
