It's the last full week of the Legislative Session, and lawmakers are hard at work dealing with New Mexico's massive budget shortfall.  NMiF Correspondent Elain Baumgartel talks with lawmakers and others to get an inside view on budget and other battles at the Roundhouse.  

Then it's Gene Grant and our roundtable panelists with their take on the budget wrestling match, the Environment Improvement Board tussle, and the struggle over State Investment Council reform.
